The property hosts a 7 acre pond with 6 guest cabins seated around it. Using the Swan mountain range as a backdrop the views are breathtaking. There is a lodge on the property created from some of the biggest trees from Northwest Montana. Falls Creek is the perfect venue to host weddings, family reunions, church camps, business training and retreats. Backed up to forest service leading into the Bob Marshall Wilderness and close to many area lakes, Falls Creek is perfect for those who love to hike, fish, hunt and just be out in nature.

Hi! My name is Barbara. My husband, Mike and I moved from southwest Missouri to Montana in the fall of 2015. After several visits “west” we fell in love with this beautiful state. We have owned the ranch since March of 2017 where we live, along with our youngest daughter Emma. We have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
We enjoy all things outdoors! Whether it is taking off on one of the valley’s foot trails, riding the mules, snowmobiling or cross-country skiing. Swan Valley offers an abundance of beauty and activity. Our hearts are geared toward sharing this beautiful land with others. Come relax, refresh and reconnect!

We had our wedding here last summer, and were blown away by how idyllic a space it is. We had our family and friends stay at the cabins and used the lodge as our reception hall, holding our ceremony right out on the river. To this day, our friends and family still talk about what a great time they had and how awesome the venue was. It is housed on a perfectly quiet, secluded spot at the foot of a mountain range, and was the ideal backdrop for our special weekend. The owners were great throughout the whole process, and all in all we were shocked to find something so in line with all we had wanted. I cannot rate the experience higher.
